The metal roof was finished last Thursday (Oct 19th). It looks really nice with the grey color matching the oak bark around the house. Gutters will be next but at least we’re flashed, roofed and very dry now!
The crew is continuing to make windows seats, install mesh around doors and windows, run electrical wire and do interior framing. It’ll probably be another week of work before the windows and doors start going in and then we’ll be ready for some plaster fun.
The weather is starting to cool quickly but we’ve been lucky so far with only a little bit of rain.
