We poured the foundation on Saturday, July 1st. It was a long, grueling day - started at 4.30 AM and finished at 8 PM. We had 10 trucks roll in for a total of 100 yards - excellent calculation by Lorin, he was only 3 yards off - the extra 3 yards we used to patch up a small section of road the trucks destroyed.
Tomorrow (Friday), we start laying the pressure treated sill plates followed by posts and rim beams. Lorin and Seth definitively assure me that the framing “will not take 3 months” - going on that theory, framing should be done by end of September at the latest.
