At Iza’s 8th birthday party yesterday, Loran told us the big news that he and Seth are going to start putting up the forms for the foundation pour. This is super exciting - work will resume on Wednesday! See some photos of fat foundation trenches here. A couple of places in the trench had huge rocks which could not be removed - we’ll have to tap into the rock with rebar to connect it to the concrete - and have a well-grounded house.
