The forms for the foundation are progressing well. The perimeter is formed but still needs to be braced. The front of the house form is about 2 feet higher than the back so that will take some major bracing. The bulk of the remaining work will be putting in the gobs of rebar called for by the engineering plans. Also, the piping for water, sewer and gas need to be layed. Lorin and Seth are estimating that we’ll be ready for the concrete trucks on June 16th - just before Seth gets married and goes on a honeymoon for a couple weeks.
