It’s been rainy and wet the last few days so there hasn’t been much visible progress. The rock wall is almost done - 2 carpenters and a backhoe/tractor operator - the rock wall is over budget!
Loran and Seth are working out the details of how the foundation will be cut, the plumbing laid in the slab and how best to build the greywater plumbing side-by-side with the blackwater. The purpose of the greywater is to use non-toilet water from the house for watering our future golf course and vineyard - normally, the water would go into the septic system.
